Um dos produtores da moda, Manuel Campolargo sediado na Anadia, desafia-nos para mais um vinho de garagem (ie., com produção limitada a pequeníssimas quantidades).
Com Camarate e Touriga como castas predominantes, e um pouco de cabernet Sauvignon, todas vindas da Bairrada (terroir laboratório do produtor) só podíamos encontrar um vinho assim: forte, aroma rijo e pouco domável. Nota-se a falta do estágio de madeira que o seu irmão mais velho (Termeão "pássaro vermelho", ver rótulo) beneficia. No entanto, é um vinho capaz de surpreender qualquer um... bem diferente do que faz por todo o país.
De cor rubi, é o seu nariz intenso e complexo (mineral?) que vinga. Com notas de boca florais e sugestivas a legumes verdes. É melhor esperar um ou dois anos (mas não mais!), para ver se a “fera” acalma.
Para já, é um vinho muito interessante e que todos os enófilos devem experimentar. A menos de € 8 na Makro (€ 20 pelo Termeão "pássaro vermelho").
